"A Mag World Workshop: True Beauty"

On July 19th, 2017, Emilia Ferrara hosted a workshop at A Creative DC's studio, Wild Hand, in Brookland, D.C. Million dollar ads splash across 5th Avenue magazines. Runway super models are coached to be "walking hangers". Transformative skincare ingredients contain known carcinogens. It's not news, the beauty and fashion industires are global and lucrative. It can be frustrating to realize that "healthy" approach is counter cultural, and that natural beauty is in the minority.  Emilia and D.C. women discussed as a community how working together helps advance the best standards in the beauty, magazine and health industries.
